Zakharova, the spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told Sputnik that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia advises Russian citizens to refrain from traveling to the Middle East region, especially the occupied territories and Lebanon, except in very necessary cases.
He said: “The tense situation in the Middle East continues. The situation is unstable in the Palestinian-Israeli (regime) conflict area, as well as in the Blue Line area between Lebanon and the (regime) Israel. We strongly recommend that Russian citizens refrain from traveling to the region except in very urgent cases.”
