13 Human rights organizations: Nowhere in Gaza is safe for civilians

In a joint statement, a group of human rights organizations called for the protection of civilian lives in Gaza.

The killing of nearly 33,000 civilians in Gaza, of whom nearly 15,000 are children, has provoked public opinion’s anger over the crimes of the Zionist regime. Now human rights organizations have sounded the alarm about the genocide in Gaza.

According to Al Jazeera, a group of human rights organizations today (Wednesday) issued a joint statement announcing that the time to protect Palestinian civilians in Rafah is running out.

In this statement, which was signed by 13 human rights organizations, including institutions such as Save the Children, Amnesty International and Oxfam, it is stated: It has been a week since the Security Council passed the resolution to establish an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. , but no action has been taken in this regard.

Referring to the emphasis of the Zionist authorities to attack Rafah, this statement added: There is still no viable plan for the evacuation of civilians from Rafah or conditions that would protect the lives of Palestinians in case of an Israeli attack on this area.

These 13 human rights organizations emphasize: Now there is no safe place for people in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army is now constantly bombing areas it previously described as safe for civilians. For this reason, the jump in the number of civilian casualties is not strange.
