The ruling party of the Republic of Azerbaijan won the parliamentary elections

According to the preliminary results, the ruling party led by Elham Aliyev, the president of this country, won 68 seats in the parliament of his country.

In the Republic of Azerbaijan, people went to the polls for the seventh time to elect members of the National Assembly. About 990 candidates competed for 125 seats.

A total of 44 independent candidates were elected as MPs, while the Civil Solidarity Party won 3 seats and the Justice, Law and Democracy Party won 2 seats.

Great Azerbaijan Party, Democratic Reform Party, Great Creation Party, Republican Alternative Party, Motherland Party, National Independence Party of the Republic of Azerbaijan, National Front Party and Democratic Enlightenment Party of the Republic of Azerbaijan. They won a seat.

The participation rate in this election is 37.27%.
