Thousands Protest Immigration Crisis Across Spain

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, thousands of Spanish citizens took to the streets in over 260 cities across the country to protest illegal immigration and the massive influx of migrants into the city of Ceuta. Protesters called on the government of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to take necessary measures to address the crisis.

In Madrid alone, approximately 50,000 people participated in the demonstrations, declaring solidarity with Ceuta as an integral part of Spanish territory. The protests highlight growing public concern over migration flows and their impact on Spanish cities.

This wave of public dissent occurs as the Spanish Prime Minister recently commented on the events in Ceuta. Pedro Sánchez stated that there is no evidence to suggest that the movement of migrants towards the city was planned or orchestrated by Moroccan authorities.
