Suspect in bombing near California fertility clinic identified July 15 2024

According to​ webangah⁤ News Agency, an ​FBI official stated that the suspect involved in the bombing at ⁤a Palm Springs fertility clinic held “nihilistic”⁣ beliefs. ​Akil Davis, Assistant Director of ​the FBI’s Los​ Angeles Field office,⁢ confirmed the suspect is 25-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus. “We are ‌highly confident he is the ⁣primary suspect,” ‍davis said. “The⁣ subject harbored nihilistic ideologies and ‍targeted‌ this IVF facility ⁢intentionally. Make⁢ no mistake—we are treating this case as an act⁣ of⁢ international terrorism.”

The explosion occurred yesterday just before 11:00 AM local time near a parked ‌vehicle outside the ⁣clinic, killing one person and injuring at least four others.Authorities confirmed no embryos inside the facility were harmed.

The FBI believes the suspect died in the blast and intended to ⁤livestream ‍the attack on​ social media. His body was found near‌ a vehicle at the scene.
