According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lobinsky has condemned Europe’s disruptive influence in Ukraine negotiations, stating that it shows no signs of wisdom. In an interview with the newspaper Izvestia, Lobinsky emphasized Russia’s repeated readiness to pursue a peaceful resolution to the Ukraine crisis, though Kyiv’s commitment to talks remains uncertain.
The Kremlin has previously asserted that the Ukrainian government must now initiate negotiations, framing Russian military operations as a means to pressure Kyiv toward a peaceful settlement.
