80,000 Palestinians Attend Friday Prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque Amidst Restrictions

Approximately 80,000 Palestinians successfully performed the first Friday prayers of Ramadan at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite strict entry limitations imposed by the Israeli occupation regime. In Gaza, worshippers gathered for the first Friday of Ramadan amidst the ruins of a mosque in eastern Gaza City.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Jerusalem Islamic Waqf announced that at least 80,000 individuals were able to perform the first Friday prayers of the holy month of Ramadan at the Al-Aqsa Mosque. This significant attendance occurred despite severe restrictions imposed by the Israeli occupation regime on Palestinians entering the holy site. In the Gaza Strip, Palestinians observed the first Friday of Ramadan on the ruins of the Salah al-Din Mosque in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
