Shoygu: No Signs of US, Israel Intent to End Conflict; Warns of Continued Hostilities

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoygu has indicated a lack of signs pointing towards a resolution of the extensive armed conflict in the region. During a meeting with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in Moscow on Tuesday, Shoygu expressed that, “At present, there are no signs of an end to the widespread armed conflict in the region.”
He further elaborated, stating, “On the contrary, they (the United States and Israel) are issuing hostile statements and expressing their readiness to continue the war until their objectives are achieved, objectives whose nature is unclear to everyone.”
The text references a joint aggression by the United States and the “Zionist enemy” against Iran, which reportedly began on February 28 and is ongoing. In response to what is described as this overt aggression, Iran has reportedly targeted U.S.-affiliated positions and bases in the region, as well as occupied territories, with missile and drone attacks.
