Israeli Forces Intensify Crackdown in Bethlehem, Palestinians Suffer Tear Gas Exposure

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli occupation forces have intensified their crackdown in the Bethlehem Governorate, as reported by Al Mayadeen via the Mehr News Agency. In the latest wave of violence and suppression in the West Bank, Palestinians in the Al-Dheisheh refugee camp, located south of Bethlehem, experienced tear gas inhalation during a raid by occupation soldiers.
Security sources indicated that Israeli forces stormed the camp and areas around its entrance on the Jerusalem-Hebron road, deploying chemical bombs and sound grenades. This action led to a number of citizens suffering from suffocation.
In a related development, Israeli suppression forces closed the southern entrance of Al-Nashash in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, which connects the area to the Hebron Governorate. These events are occurring amidst escalating attacks by Tel Aviv on cities and towns across the West Bank, with raids and arrest operations continuing in the region.
The West Bank is also witnessing an increase in settler attacks on Palestinian villages and communities. Actions by settlers and occupation soldiers against Palestinians include the burning of homes, vehicles, and agricultural lands, as well as direct assaults on citizens, particularly in areas adjacent to settlements and settlement centers.
