Emirates, Jordan, Egypt, and GCC Welcome Deal with Iran

The United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Egypt, along with the Gulf Cooperation Council, have expressed their positive reception to the recently announced agreement between the United States and Iran, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and diplomacy for regional security.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates welcomed the announced agreement between the United States and Iran, emphasizing that pursuing dialogue and diplomacy, along with adherence to international law, is crucial for strengthening regional security.

The UAE ministry added that adherence to the agreement’s provisions, including the cessation of hostile actions, respect for national sovereignty, and freedom of navigation, is essential.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan also welcomed the agreement.

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, “We hope this agreement serves as a turning point in paving the way for supporting peace.”.

The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, welcoming the aforementioned agreement, said, “We hope this agreement leads to the resolution of mutual issues. We thank Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the international community for their efforts and support.”
