Lebanese President Hopes Recent Developments Lead to Liberation of Occupied Territories

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Joseph Aoun, the President of Lebanon, announced that the country is facing exceptional and highly sensitive circumstances. He added that the region is confronting rapid developments and challenges that necessitate the highest level of awareness and responsibility.
President Aoun further stated, “Today, more than ever, we need to strengthen our national unity as a unique model, rally around state institutions, and enhance our human and national solidarity to confront the dangers that threaten us, thereby protecting Lebanon’s sovereignty, security, and stability.”
Without explicitly naming any particular agreement, Aoun expressed his hope, saying, “We hope that recent developments will end the suffering of our people, liberate our occupied territories, and make us successful in our pursuit of the honor, dignity, and peace of mind that Lebanese people aspire to.”
