Pakistan Foreign Minister Welcomes Progress in Burgenstock Talks

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Pakistan‘s Foreign Minister, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, stated on Wednesday that he welcomes the significant progress made during the high-level technical negotiations held in Burgenstock. He emphasized that Pakistan appreciates the constructive spirit demonstrated by Washington and Tehran in implementing the memorandum of understanding and their commitment to dialogue. Dar also extended gratitude to the government of Qatar for its important role in the mediation process alongside Pakistan. He further indicated that Pakistan will contact the parties to hold further technical talks in Burgenstock later in the week.
Meanwhile, Al-Hadath reported that U.S. Vice President Vance and his delegation remain in Switzerland. Vance is overseeing the formation of agreed-upon committees and is expected to depart from Burgenstock within the coming hours.
