Kremlin: Belarus Capable of Ensuring Sovereignty Against Ukraine Threats

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov announced on Monday that threats issued by Ukrainian President Zelensky against Minsk are an act of interference in Belarus’s internal affairs. Peskov affirmed that Belarus is undoubtedly capable of ensuring its own sovereignty.
Continuing his remarks, the Kremlin spokesperson added that Russian President Putin and Belarusian President Lukashenko will hold discussions in the near future, and Zelensky’s threats against Belarus are likely to be a topic of conversation. Peskov also noted that intensive work is underway in Crimea to mitigate the negative consequences of the Kyiv regime’s brutal actions.
Dmitry Peskov further commented on UK politics, stating that Keir Starmer, the leader of the UK’s Labour Party, has consistently advocated for maintaining relations between London and Moscow at a zero level. He expressed doubt that anyone within the British political establishment holds a differing stance on engaging in dialogue with Russia.
