Trump Claims Progress in Iran Talks, Acknowledges Netanyahu Issues

Trump claimed that the United States has facilitated the passage of increased oil volumes through the strait. Reiterating his long-standing assertions about Iran’s nuclear program, the U.S. President maintained that Tehran will never achieve nuclear weapons capability. Trump also reported advancements in the dialogue process with Tehran, adding that significant progress has been made towards reaching a fair and reasonable agreement with Iran. He claimed that any unfrozen Iranian assets are intended solely for the procurement of food from American farmers. Furthermore, Trump asserted that Iran should allocate its oil revenues towards purchasing food for its population rather than rebuilding its military capabilities. The U.S. President issued a warning, stating he would take necessary actions if Iran demonstrates inappropriate behavior. Addressing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump acknowledged efforts to resolve existing issues, including those concerning Netanyahu. The U.S. President concluded by asserting that his approach towards Iran will not lead to a global economic recession.
