Iran-US Technical Talks to Resume Next Week with Pakistan and Qatar Mediation

Technical negotiations between Iran and the United States are set to resume next week, with Pakistan and Qatar continuing their roles as mediators to ensure the implementation of previously reached agreements. A direct communication channel has been established between Tehran and Washington to avert potential issues.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the spokesperson for Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Wednesday that the recent talks between the United States and Iran yielded significant outcomes. The mediating nations, Pakistan and Qatar, will continue to oversee the implementation of the agreements that were made.

The spokesperson further elaborated in the statement that the accord establishes a direct line of communication between Tehran and Washington, aimed at preventing unforeseen difficulties. Pakistan is committed to maintaining its engagement with friendly nations that have effectively supported the negotiations between Iran and the United States.

Islamabad affirmed that it is in continuous contact with both the American and Iranian teams to guarantee the effective execution of the memorandum of understanding. The expert-level technical discussions are scheduled to recommence next week, with Pakistan and Qatar serving as intermediaries.
