Israeli Soldier Killed in Hezbollah Ambush in Southern Lebanon

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Palestinian news network Quds, citing social media from the Israeli regime, reported that at least one Israeli soldier was killed and several others were wounded in an ambush carried out by resistance forces in southern Lebanon early this morning.

The report indicates that the Hezbollah ambush specifically targeted forces from the elite Golani Brigade. The Israeli military subsequently authorized the release of news concerning the death of David Hazut, a squad commander in the 12th Battalion of the Golani Brigade, during the clashes in southern Lebanon.
