Gaza Under Fire: Israeli Strikes Cause Casualties, Children Suffer Amid Dire Conditions

Israeli forces have repeatedly violated the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, launching artillery and drone attacks on multiple areas, resulting in casualties and exacerbating the dire humanitarian crisis, particularly for displaced children.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli regime has repeatedly violated the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, targeting several areas within the territory. Palestinian sources reported that Israel conducted artillery shelling in Beit Lahia and attacked a region in the Al-Mawasi camp with drones. The area around Al-Aqsa University in Khan Younis was also targeted twice. A drone attack by the Israeli regime on the Al-Mawasi camp in Gaza City left one person dead and several others injured.

Meanwhile, Palestinian sources reported on the distressing situation of displaced Palestinian children in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. These children are seen cooling themselves with water amidst worn-out tents as temperatures rise, while hundreds of thousands of displaced individuals continue to endure extremely difficult humanitarian conditions. These refugees are living with a severe shortage of water, electricity, and basic services, which intensifies their suffering during the summer heat.
