China Donates $17 Million to Venezuela for Earthquake Relief

China has provided $17 million in aid to Venezuela to support reconstruction efforts following a severe earthquake, with funds designated for housing and essential supplies.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Venezuela’s acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, has expressed gratitude to Chinese President Xi Jinping and the people of China for their solidarity and assistance in the aftermath of a significant earthquake in the South American nation.
Rodríguez specifically thanked Beijing for its contributions to housing construction and the delivery of vital supplies, equipment, and materials. She lauded President Xi Jinping for the “sincere humanitarian action.”
The aid package totals $17 million, with $2 million allocated to housing projects and the remaining $15 million designated for essential goods, equipment, and construction materials.
