Gaza Health Ministry: 38 Hospitals Out of Service in Conflict

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported that the healthcare system in the Gaza Strip has been subjected to widespread attacks over the past thousand days of conflict. As a result, 38 hospitals and 96 health centers are no longer able to provide services, and more than 1,700 medical personnel have been martyred.

The ministry further stated that over 320 health sector employees have been arrested. With the continued closure of crossings, medicine shortages have exceeded 51 percent, and shortages of medical equipment and supplies have surpassed 59 percent.

The Gaza Ministry of Health added that the total number of casualties since the beginning of the war has reached 73,74 martyrs and 173,537 injured. Among these, 1,059 individuals lost their lives after a ceasefire was implemented.
