Iran Launches Ballistic Missiles at U.S. Bases in Response to Southern Attack

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force launched a barrage of solid and liquid-fueled ballistic missiles targeting regional U.S. bases in Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Jordan early this morning. The strikes are a direct response to what Iran describes as an attack by the U.S. terrorist army on coastal bases of its armed forces in the south of the country.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force launched a significant volley of ballistic missiles early this morning. This action is stated to be in retaliation for an attack by the U.S. terrorist army on coastal bases belonging to Iran‘s armed forces in the southern region. The IRGC’s naval and aerospace units reportedly conducted the operation in three phases, utilizing a large number of solid and liquid-fueled ballistic missiles. The targeted regional U.S. bases are located in Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Jordan. Images released from the operation indicate the use of missiles including the Qadr, Emad, Kheibar-Shekan, Fateh 110, and Zolfaqar.
