Yemen’s Ansarullah Vows No Compromise on Sovereignty, Demands Unconditional Return of Citizens

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Mohammed Al-Farah, a member of Ansarullah’s political bureau in Yemen, stated that Sana’a’s insistence on the return of the national delegation and patients via a specific flight, landing at Sana’a Airport, demonstrates the country’s adherence to its national rights and rejection of external dictates. He emphasized that this stance signifies Yemen’s leadership will not retreat from pursuing the rights of its people, regardless of the sacrifices involved.
In a series of tweets on his personal account on the ‘X’ platform, Al-Farah clarified that Sana’a’s persistence in the return of the Yemeni delegation and patients to their homeland sends a clear message of rejecting imposed conditions and dictates. He noted that this position indicates Sana’a’s readiness to continue efforts to reclaim national rights and its refusal to accept any solutions that undermine sovereignty or impose new realities.
The senior Ansarullah official added that Sana’a’s insistence on the aircraft landing on Yemeni soil, despite challenges, reflects a complete conviction that freedom of movement and the return of patients and stranded individuals is a legitimate and non-negotiable right. The Yemeni people consider this a part of their battle to regain sovereignty and lift the blockade.
Al-Farah also pointed out that past experiences have shown that when all political and diplomatic avenues are closed, the assertion of rights becomes an inevitable option. He stressed that Sana’a has proven its commitment to its rights and its unwillingness to back down from them.
Criticizing Saudi Arabia’s dual approach to the concept of sovereignty, he stated that Saudi airstrikes, alongside those by the United States, Britain, and the Zionists, on Yemen are justified under various pretexts. Meanwhile, the return of Yemeni patients or delegations to their homeland is perceived as a violation of sovereignty.
The Ansarullah political bureau member concluded by emphasizing that the issue of sovereignty and national rights is a non-negotiable principle for Sana’a and the Yemeni people. He asserted that the continuation of restrictions imposed on Yemen will not diminish the country’s adherence to its rights in the slightest, especially given the constant emphasis on continuing the path to break the siege and reclaim legitimate rights through all means that guarantee deterrence and national sovereignty.
