Hamas Political Chief Khalil Al-Hayya Outlines Priorities in First Address

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Khalil Al-Hayya, the head of Hamas‘s political office, stated in his first speech that the movement will continue on its current path. He highlighted several priorities, with the foremost being a complete halt to Israeli aggressions.

Al-Hayya addressed the people of Gaza, assuring them of continued efforts across all domains to liberate them from suffering and pain. He also emphasized that defending the West Bank is a responsibility and a trust placed upon Hamas.

A core priority, Al-Hayya stressed, is restoring a dignified life for the people of Gaza, which he described as their inherent right. He affirmed that actions on all fronts will persist for the sake of Gaza, the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the prisoners.

Furthermore, Al-Hayya underscored the pursuit of national unity as a primary objective, extending a hand of cooperation to all parties. He concluded by stating that the current phase does not allow for unilateral actions or marginalization.
