Iraq PM Postpones Saudi Visit Following US-Saudi Strikes

Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi has postponed his planned trip to Saudi Arabia following recent airstrikes by the United States and Saudi Arabia on Iraqi territory, according to an Iraqi government source.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an Iraqi government source announced that Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi has postponed his scheduled visit to Saudi Arabia in response to aggressive attacks by Saudi Arabia and the United States on Iraqi soil. The Iraqi government has not yet reacted to or condemned these attacks. Early this morning, American-Saudi aggressors targeted Hashd al-Shaabi bases in the provinces of Karbala, Nineveh, and Mosul with aerial bombardment. Iraqi sources added that resistance bases in the city of Amerli in Salah al-Din province and the city of Dibs in Kirkuk province in northern Iraq were also targeted in Saudi-American attacks. The Hashd al-Shaabi organization stated that the number of martyrs from the brutal aggression by the United States and Saudi Arabia against its headquarters has increased to 20, with the number of wounded in these attacks reaching 32.
