US CENTCOM Claims Disruption of 30 Vessels, Damage to Two in Persian Gulf

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the terrorist military command of the United States, has issued a statement claiming it has rerouted 30 vessels and rendered two ships inoperable since the resumption of a maritime blockade against Iran. The Mehr News Agency reported this, citing Al Jazeera.

CENTCOM further alleged that despite implementing the maritime blockade, it permitted approximately 30 ships to transit the region for the purpose of delivering humanitarian aid.

These assertions come at a time when the United States has augmented its military presence in regional waters in recent weeks. Concurrently, tensions between Tehran and Washington persist concerning the security of maritime traffic in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.
