Iraq Vows to Prevent Threats Against Neighbors from Its Territory

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Iraqi government announced in a statement that it held a meeting chaired by Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ali Faleh Al-Zaidan. During the session, measures to prevent any threats against neighboring countries originating from Iraqi territory were discussed.

The statement further highlighted that the Iraqi armed forces reaffirmed their pledge to prohibit the use of the country’s land as a base or transit point for any actions targeting neighboring nations. Iraqi forces have declared their full preparedness to neutralize any attempts to threaten neighboring countries within Iraq’s surrounding environment.
