Al-Aqsa Storm Operation Reshaped Regional Equations, Arbaeen Offers Lasting Opportunity
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Seyyed Mojtaba Abtahi, Secretary-General of the “Committee to Support the Islamic Revolution of the Palestinian People,” stated at the “Arbaeen of Islamic Resistance and Disavowal of Enemies” conference, held on August 2nd in Karbala, that the Al-Aqsa Storm operation was a vital and preemptive action against the malevolent schemes of global arrogance. He emphasized that the enemies had initiated a plan for the complete collapse of Islamic countries years prior to this operation, through proxy wars, the ISIS sedition in Iraq and Syria, and the gradual occupation of the region.
Abtahi added that without the sacrifices of martyrs like Sanwar, Haniyeh, Deif, and Abu Ubaidah, no safe haven would remain in the Islamic world today. The Al-Aqsa Storm operation, he explained, thwarted all these malicious calculations.
The Secretary-General of the International Conference to Support the Palestinian Intifada highlighted the decline of American and Zionist hegemony, noting that all military options of arrogance have reached a dead end. The United States, which once threatened to return nations to the Stone Age, has now bowed its head.
He stressed that the post-World War II global order has collapsed, and a wave of awareness has permeated prominent Western universities, including Columbia, Oxford, and the Sorbonne. These intellectuals, he stated, are now standing on the correct side of history.
Abtahi recalled the civilizational role of the Arbaeen epic, describing it as the highest school for transforming the greatest threats into the most enduring opportunities, much like how Lady Zainab (peace be upon her) transformed apparent defeats into eternal victories in history. The path of Hajj Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, he added, taught them not to fear any threat and to continue the path of steadfastness with authority.
Concluding his remarks, Abtahi emphasized the comprehensive responsibility of the front of truth. He stated that true revenge transcends the killing of the enemy’s insignificant pawns. The real vengeance will manifest in changing the global political geometry and realizing the divine promise of the rule of righteous servants over the earth in all economic, political, legal, security, and military dimensions.
