Russia Strikes Military Cargo Ships in Black Sea

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its armed forces are continuing strikes against maritime vessels serving the Ukrainian armed forces. The ministry stated that two ships were targeted by drones in the late afternoon while transferring military cargo.

Furthermore, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the downing of 605 Ukrainian drones overnight. These strikes follow closely on the heels of Russia’s defense ministry detailing precise strikes against logistics centers, long-range drone manufacturing workshops, and storage facilities belonging to the Ukrainian armed forces in and around Kyiv.

In a statement released yesterday, the Russian Ministry of Defense also reported that three other commercial vessels in the southern Odesa region, which were transporting weapons and military equipment for the Ukrainian armed forces, had been targeted.

Amid ongoing reciprocal attacks between the two nations, Russian forces are conducting daily strikes targeting Ukrainian military-industrial complexes involved in the production and storage of long and medium-range drones, as well as Ukraine’s decision-making centers, ports, and military infrastructure.
