U.S. Urges Israel to Avoid Escalation with Hezbollah Amid Ceasefire Concerns

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation, citing a security source, reported that the United States has conveyed to Israel that Hezbollah did not breach the ceasefire during the incident in Majdal Zoun.

The source indicated that Washington has requested Israel to avoid any escalation, as such actions could negatively affect the Rome negotiations. This security source further stated that Israeli assessments suggest the roadside bomb in the Majdal Zoun area was planted before the implementation of the ceasefire.
