Iraqi Resistance Urged to Delay Response to US-Saudi Aggression

Hadi al-Amiri, head of the Badr Organization and the Fatah parliamentary coalition in Iraq, has called on resistance groups to postpone any military response to the recent US-Saudi attacks on Hashd al-Shaabi positions, which resulted in over 50 casualties.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by Mehr News Agency citing the Iraqi National News Agency, the head of the Badr Organization and the Fatah parliamentary coalition in Iraq has requested a delay in the military reaction of resistance groups to the recent Saudi-American invasion of Hashd al-Shaabi headquarters. These attacks resulted in more than 50 martyrs or wounded.

According to the report, Hadi al-Amiri addressed members and forces of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq via a video message early Friday, stating: “I invite my sons and brothers in the Islamic Resistance of Iraq, the heroic mujahideen, to postpone any reaction against the aggression of America and Saudi Arabia that targeted Iraq, and to bear the wounds for the supreme interest of Iraq.”

He continued, promising all combatants: “We promise all mujahideen that we will pursue the rights of the martyrs and the wounded through diplomatic channels, and God willing, we will achieve all these goals. I thank you, heroic brothers.”
