Russia Envoy: Diplomacy is Sole Path to Resolve US-Iran Conflict

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, announced on Saturday via a post on social media platform X that the resolution of the dispute between the United States and Iran is exclusively achievable through diplomacy.

Ulyanov wrote, “An effective strategy to exit the US confrontation against Iran can only be pursued through diplomatic channels.”

This statement followed remarks by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the U.S. military, who had previously suggested that the United States requires a strategy to exit a potential war with Iran, and that air power alone would likely be insufficient to achieve President Trump’s objectives.
