According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, extensive Russian airstrikes on Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, have resulted in significant casualties. The Mayor of Kyiv reported that 8 people were killed and at least 33 others were injured in the large-scale aerial assaults.
This development comes as the Mayor of Moscow announced that Russian air defense systems had shot down 12 Ukrainian drones attempting to reach Moscow over the past 24 hours.
In a related event, the Romanian Ministry of Defense confirmed that a drone crashed on Romanian soil amidst Russia’s ongoing attacks on Ukraine.
