Lavrov: Foreign Sabotage Efforts Against Russian Elections Will Be Foiled

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced on Saturday that there is currently no one in Europe willing to engage in negotiations. He asserted that Russia will continue its development despite the ongoing war, which he characterized as an effort to partition Russia and achieve a strategic defeat against it.
Lavrov further detailed that attempts to launch cyberattacks targeting the State Duma elections have already commenced and are expected to intensify. He indicated that Russia possesses intelligence suggesting foreign-backed plans to influence the Duma elections via cyber warfare.
The Foreign Minister concluded by stating that any sabotage schemes aimed at disrupting the Duma elections from abroad will be thwarted.
