Israel Prepares for Imminent Attacks on Southern Lebanon, Reports Al Jazeera

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli media outlets have announced that residents in the northern parts of the occupied territories have been notified of the Israeli army’s intention to launch attacks against southern Lebanon in the coming hours. Al Jazeera reported this information, citing Mehr News Agency.
The Israeli media did not provide specific details regarding the scale, nature, or exact timing and location of these operations.
This news emerges as Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, the Chief of Staff of the Israeli army, stated today that the implementation of the agreement between Israel and Lebanon would not be possible if the Lebanese army is not effective on the ground, exploiting repeated concessions from the Lebanese government.
In recent field developments, Lebanese sources reported that the occupying army carried out intense artillery shelling on the Al-Tahir heights near Nabatieh al-Fawqa in southern Lebanon.
