Japanese Citizens Protest Israeli Embassy in Tokyo, Demand Envoy Expulsion

Dozens of Japanese citizens gathered outside the Israeli Embassy in Tokyo to condemn alleged Israeli atrocities against Palestinians and call for the expulsion of the new Israeli ambassador, demanding an end to the conflict in Gaza.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, tens of Japanese citizens demonstrated in front of the Israeli Embassy in Tokyo, denouncing the regime’s alleged crimes against the oppressed Palestinian people and demanding the expulsion of the new Israeli ambassador. Participants in the gathering held Palestinian flags and chanted slogans in support of a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Japanese security forces were extensively deployed around the embassy. The anti-arms trade network in Japan stated that the purpose of the protest was to formally express opposition to the government. Japanese citizens also called for the arrest of Netanyahu and the closure of the occupying regime’s embassy in their country, protesting the ties between Tokyo and Tel Aviv, particularly military and arms cooperation.
