US Central Command Claims Disruption of 104 Vessels in Strait of Hormuz

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), designated as a terrorist force by Iran, has claimed to have altered the course of 104 commercial vessels as part of a maritime blockade against Iran. This assertion comes from data published by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera.

The claim was made following a recent statement by a CENTCOM spokesperson, who, in an apparent attempt to counter perceived media setbacks related to US actions in the region, ridiculously asserted that vessel traffic in the Strait of Hormuz continues unimpeded and that Iran has no control over it.

This US military official further elaborated on these unsubstantiated claims, which reportedly lack any basis in on-the-ground realities. He stated that CENTCOM is closely monitoring the situation in the Bab al-Mandab Strait and is exchanging information with Saudi partners through field advisors.

These assertions by the US official have surfaced as mainstream media outlets and even US officials themselves acknowledge a significant surge in energy prices within the United States.
