Israeli Security Minister Intrudes on Al-Aqsa Mosque, Performs Talmudic Rituals

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, authorities in Jerusalem announced on Sunday that Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel’s Internal Security Minister, intruded upon the Al-Aqsa Mosque accompanied by occupying forces, where he performed Talmudic rituals. This development comes amidst ongoing tensions and condemnations from Palestinian and Arab groups.

Earlier, the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, issued a statement warning against provocative actions at the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Hamas cited previous incursions by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu into tunnels and excavations beneath the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Western Wall, along with his inflammatory rhetoric and false claims regarding the so-called ‘holy of holies.’ Hamas stated that such actions represent a clear assault on the identity and status of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and are intended to provoke the sentiments of the Palestinian people and the Arab and Islamic nations.

The statement further emphasized that the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, with its entire area, courtyards, prayer halls, walls, and gates, will remain an exclusively Islamic mosque. This, it asserted, is an indisputable fact. Hamas declared that the excavations, incursions, ceremonies, and the occupiers’ attempts to impose a Talmudic narrative in altering the site’s identity or eradicating its characteristics are doomed to fail. The statement concluded that the criminal enemy’s excavations, displays, and provocative statements, coupled with their efforts to impose new realities in Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, will grant no rights to the sacred sites. The Al-Aqsa Mosque will continue to bear witness to the Arab and Islamic identity of Jerusalem and the Palestinian people’s adherence to their rights over their land and holy places.
