Pakistan Blast Kills 11, Injures 30

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an explosion in the city of Dera Ismail Khan in northwest Pakistan has claimed the lives of 11 people and injured 30 others. The blast occurred on Saturday, as confirmed by the Pakistan Rescue Organization.

Local sources cited by Pakistan’s TNN network reported that the explosion took place at the Aman Mela checkpoint in the Darazinda area, on the outskirts of Dera Ismail Khan. Initial reports suggest that a vehicle laden with explosives rammed into the checkpoint.

Emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene. Thirty injured individuals were transported to hospitals for treatment, and the bodies of the 11 victims were recovered from the site. Following the explosion, additional police forces were deployed to the area, and rescue operations are ongoing.
