Ansarullah Official: Saudi Aggression in Yemen Serves U.S. Interests

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, a member of the political bureau of Yemen‘s Ansarullah movement, stated that the movement has repeatedly called for Yemeni-Yemeni dialogue, but the situation in Taiz ultimately escalated towards an explosion.
Al-Bukhaiti added in an interview with Al Mayadeen that the Yemeni armed forces attach significant importance and attention to Taiz and urged the people of the region to recall what happened on the west coast.
He emphasized that the aggression Saudi Arabia is carrying out against Yemen is an American aggression and serves Washington’s interests.
The senior Yemeni official also said that they have repeatedly advised the UAE to remain neutral and not enter into conflict with Yemen.
Al-Bukhaiti warned that the Israeli regime is continuously trying to unite Arab governments against Yemen.
In another part of his remarks, he denied Riyadh’s claims about the Yemeni armed forces targeting Islamic holy sites, clarifying that Sanaa emphasizes the protection of these sites and has no interest in targeting them.
Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti also stated that recent mediations regarding Yemen, with the exception of Omani mediation, are not sincere. He described the Saudi insistence on continuing the war as unacceptable and stated that Riyadh is an obstacle to any Yemeni-Yemeni dialogue.
