According to the Hebrew group Tasnim news agency
, the Hebrew-language media announced, a number of extremist Zionists attacked several trucks that were traveling from the vicinity of Tarqumiya near Hebron to the Gaza Strip, and set some of them on fire.
Ynet news base announced in a report in this regard that the said extremist group called for a blockade by creating roadblocks to allow the passage of dozens of humanitarian aid trucks that were heading to the Gaza Strip from Tarqumiya crossing near Hebron. Most of the people of Gaza and by wasting some of these aid, they set some trucks on fire. They emphasized that the Zionist regime police first allowed the aforementioned people to carry out these actions and then arrested 3 of them.
According to some of these activists, this arrest took place after the spokesperson of the US State Department condemned blocking the passage of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip and claimed that he had discussed with Israel regarding the punishment of its perpetrators.
One of the human rights defenders who was present at this place told Ynet: Humanitarian aid was supposed to go to the Gaza Strip through Tarqumiya crossing for the first time. But a number of settlers attacked it and after blocking the road, they threw bags of rice, sugar and other food on the ground and wasted them.
He added that during the entire time of this attack, some agents who were present at the place stood by and watched the vandalism of these people, while a number of human rights defenders got involved with these people.
