Peskov: Western positions on war with Russia are serious
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Tass, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov reacted to the statements of Western countries about war with Russia.
The spokesman of the Russian presidency announced on Sunday that the Kremlin considers the West’s statements about preparing for war with Russia to be an official position.
Pskov stressed that official statements should be taken seriously, especially when they are made at such a high level.
The spokesman of the Kremlin Palace added that Russia will definitely examine and evaluate the approaches of the other side – its partners or opponents based on these official statements.
Pskov emphasized that such statements reflect their positions.
The possibility of an armed conflict with Russia has recently been expressed in the statements of Western officials. In particular, the German government has prepared an operational plan for war with Russia. The head of NATO’s military committee also said that there is a possibility of conflict with Russia. On the other hand, the Chief of General Staff of the Estonian Defense Forces has spoken about the country’s readiness to carry out a preemptive attack against Russia.
