The Foreign Minister of Qatar defended his country's role in achieving a ceasefire agreement between the Zionist regime and the Hamas movement and said: If the ceasefire agreement in Gaza had been reached earlier, more lives would have been saved.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted from Al Jazeera, Qatar, which is one of the supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood in the region, has good relations with the Hamas movement and therefore, one of the most important Mediators of the ceasefire talks It was between the Palestinians and the Zionist regime in order to end the conflict in Gaza.

On this basis, Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Foreign Minister and Prime Minister of Qatar, in a conversation with the Zionist regime’s channel 12, criticized the Zionists against his country. rejected and considered Doha as a neutral mediation between the conflict parties.

He pointed out: If the political authorities had enough courage and the ceasefire agreement was reached earlier, it could have saved more civilian lives.

Qatar Foreign Minister emphasized: Our effort is to speed up the second phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. We made a lot of efforts towards the ceasefire agreement and finally succeeded in reaching this agreement despite all the difficulties.

This senior Qatari official considered the two-state solution and the formation of an independent Palestinian state as the best measure for a permanent end to the current conflict.
