Holding the seventh meeting of the Afghan -Pakistan Joint Committee in Kabul
reports Mehr News Agency The seventh meeting of the Joint Coordination Committee between Afghanistan and Pakistan to solve border problems and facilitate conditions for the people of the two countries was held in Kabul.
According to the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Ministry, Mohammad Sadegh, Pakistani Special Representative for Afghanistan, met with Amir Khan Motaghi, head of the Afghan Provision Ministry of Foreign Ministry.
Amir Khan Motaghi, head of the Afghan Foreign Ministry, said at the meeting that both countries should resolve their problems through dialogue and refrain from any action or statements that incite people’s emotions.
“Both neighboring countries have deep relationships with each other and we need to investigate how the challenges can be solved and managed,” said Sadegh Khan, the head of the Pakistani delegation. In the near future, Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar will travel to Kabul.
At the end of the meeting, both parties emphasized the need to continue the conversation of the dialogues at the end of the meeting.
