Arrested Spy in Russia Reveals Ukrainian Military Official’s Confession About Russian Army’s Strength
According to the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Rossiya Segodnya, Dmitry Rosnak, a Moldovan spy recently identified and detained in Russia, confessed to having been in contact with the head of Ukraine’s military intelligence service.
Rosnak quoted the Ukrainian official as saying: “Ukraine and Europe will not be able to confront the Russian army.”
During interrogation, Rosnak added: “The head of Ukraine’s military intelligence told me that not even all European armies combined could withstand Russia.”
Russian security officials announced days earlier that they had arrested a Moldovan national who was planning several terrorist explosions in Russian cities.
The report stated that Russian authorities emphasized the planned terrorist operation was intended to be carried out under orders from Ukraine’s military intelligence service.
