The media report stated that the inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), ​the military’s media wing, confirmed⁢ in​ a statement​ that these militants were attempting to cross the border from Afghanistan into Pakistan.The militants belonged to the ⁤ Pakistani Taliban (TTP) and were reportedly planning to carry out a terrorist attack in the country.
