In a telephone conversation with Iran’s president Masoud Pezeshkian,Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani expressed Baghdad’s readiness to provide emergency medical assistance for those injured in the tragic⁣ explosion at Shahid Rajaei Port in Bandar ​Abbas.

According ​to a ‌report by the English ​section of “webangah News⁢ Agency,” citing Mehr News‍ Agency and ⁤the Iraqi ⁣Prime MinisterS Office, al-Sudani extended condolences on behalf ​of‌ Iraq’s government and people over the loss of Iranian citizens in the incident.

During​ the call, he affirmed Iraq’s solidarity with the bereaved families and emphasized ​his contry’s full preparedness ⁢to offer any necessary medical‍ aid for⁤ treating the wounded.

Al-Sudani conveyed his sympathy to the⁣ Iranian nation and wished a ​swift recovery for all survivors.
