Israeli delegation meets head of Egyptian intelligence regarding Gaza
A delegation from the Zionist regime traveled to Egypt to discuss a new proposal regarding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip adn met with the head of Egyptian intelligence.
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, an Egyptian official source stated on Wednesday that a delegation from the Zionist regime, responsible for Gaza ceasefire negotiations, recently met with Hassan Rashad, head of Egypt’s intelligence apparatus, in Cairo.
The source noted that the delegation consulted with Rashad on reaching a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, emphasizing discussions on new proposals for halting hostilities.
The Zionist delegation’s push for a ceasefire and its extension comes as the Tel Aviv regime has unilaterally violated the truce for nearly two months while continuing its genocidal campaign in the region.
