Western Media Highlights Indian Officials’ Anger over Trump’s Move
According to the english section of the webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Bloomberg reported based on informed sources that several high-ranking Indian officials are furious over U.S. President Donald Trump‘s announcement of a purported agreement between India and Pakistan.
The report emphasized that Indian officials are enraged by trump’s move and his disregard for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi,as india’s policies regarding Kashmir have been undermined.They stated that Trump’s action amounts to a political victory for Pakistan and weakens Modi’s position.
Earlier, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif claimed in a speech that his country stood firm with courage and strength against India’s “unprovoked military aggression” and achieved victory. He said: “We faced a serious challenge to our freedom but triumphed over the enemy. The enemy’s actions were disgraceful, and our army responded with utmost professionalism and power.”
