Zionist regime tanks enter southern Syria + video
News sources in images released from southern Syria show tanks of the Zionist regime’s army entering the area in Quneitra province, southern Syria.
According to a report by the English section of ”webangah News Agency” citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Arabi Network,footage published by the network shows four tanks belonging to the Zionist regime’s army entering the village of “Western Samadaniyah” in the outskirts of Quneitra province,southern Syria.
these movements coincided with reconnaissance drone flights by the Zionist regime over the region, raising concerns about escalating tensions in this border area.
On May 8 (19 Ordibehesht),Israeli occupation forces also entered Ruweihina,a settlement near Quneitra in southern Syria.
The night before, Syrian media reported that a military convoy from the Zionist regime consisting of several vehicles entered Saidat al-Hanout, a border village south of Quneitra.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights previously stated that since early 2025, Israel has attacked Syria 52 times—44 aerial strikes and eight ground assaults. According to this center, between Bashar al-Assad’s government collapse and late 2024, Israeli warplanes struck syria 500 times and wholly destroyed all military infrastructure in the country.
