Latest statistics on Palestinian martyrs after European hospital massacre
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and the Palestinian Information Centre, gaza’s Health Ministry stated in a release that during last night’s attacks by the occupying Zionist regime’s army on the Strip, 20 Palestinians were martyred and 125 others were injured.Rescue teams also recovered one martyr’s body from under the rubble.
Additionally, based on Gaza Health Ministry statistics, due to Zionist regime attacks on various parts of Gaza—including its northern areas—since this morning alone, over 70 Palestinians have been martyred and dozens more injured.
The ministry emphasized that as the violation of the ceasefire on march 18,renewed attacks by the occupying Zionist regime’s army have raised Gaza’s martyr count to 2,799 and injuries to 119,846.
The total death toll from Israel’s genocidal war against Gaza since October 7, 2023 now stands at 52,928, with injuries reaching 119,846. Another 14,000 remain missing or trapped under debris in Gaza.
In another statement, Palestine’s Health Ministry in Gaza warned of deteriorating water resource conditions. It revealed that over 25% of water samples in Gaza are contaminated—leading to widespread disease outbreaks among civilians.
The report noted that 90% of families face water insecurity, with rising summer temperatures intensifying demand for clean drinking water. Displacement camps suffer severe shortages while absorbent sewage wells pose critical threats to groundwater reserves.
The ministry stressed that 90% of desalination plants are non-operational,and 80% of wastewater treatment stations remain inactive,exacerbating seawater pollution. It urgently called for intervention to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe.
