The Zionist regime’s demand to disarm the resistance in Gaza—mentioned in it’s new and clearly deceitful ceasefire proposal—has drawn sharp reactions from palestinian figures and groups while raising questions about the hidden agenda behind this Zionist plan and its objectives.

Analysts beleive that the occupiers’ demand to disarm Gaza’s resistance is part of a deceptive policy by the Zionist regime to prolong its genocidal war against Gaza, knowing full well that palestinians will never agree to disarmament. In reality, this demand is nothing more than a negotiation tactic aimed at confusing Palestinian negotiators and lowering their demands.
Observers note that conditioning an end to Gaza’s war on disarming resistance means that both Israel and its American backer seek to continue—not end—the conflict. This also indicates their intent to sustain massacres, destruction, and displacement in Gaza with no real plan for a ceasefire or lasting peace.
Meanwhile, Hamas swiftly rejected any discussion of disarming Gaza’s resistance while wisely stating in an official press release that its leadership was responsibly reviewing proposals received through mediators. The movement emphasized it would respond promptly after completing necesary consultations.
Hamas reaffirmed its firm stance: any future agreement must ensure a permanent ceasefire, full withdrawal of occupying forces from Gaza, a genuine prisoner exchange deal, serious reconstruction efforts for devastated areas, and lifting unjust blockades on Gazans.
Sami abu Zuhri head of Hamas’ political bureau abroad stated unequivocally: “Disarming resistance is non-negotiable; it will never happen.” He stressed weapons remain essential as long as occupation persists sence they protect Palestinian rights national sovereignty people themselves.
